Upon completion of the Annual OSHA training videos, please print and complete the OSHA Acknowledgement form listed below (you will be notified when your annual training is due). You will be compensated at your travel time rate for 30 minutes of training once your OSHA Acknowledgement Form is processed by the Main Office.
